Overview
You can control exactly when each ticket type goes on sale and when it stops — perfect for early-bird windows, phased releases, and closing sales before the doors open.
Setting a sales window
-
Open a ticket type under Tickets.
-
Set a sale start date and time to delay when it becomes available.
-
Set a sale end date and time to stop selling it automatically.
-
Save.
Before the start time, the ticket shows as not yet available. After the end time, it shows as sales ended.
Common patterns
-
Early Bird then Regular — end the Early Bird ticket when Regular begins (or use a tiered ticket).
-
Close online sales early — stop selling a few hours before the event to prepare check-in.
-
Timed release — open a new ticket type on a specific date to create urgency.
