Welcome to Ticket Hero
Introduction Welcome to Ticket Hero โ the event management and ticketing platform built for organizers in Saudi Arabia. Ticket Hero gives you everything you need to publish events, sell tickets, check in attendees, and track your results, all in Arabic and English and all priced in Saudi Riyals (๏ทผ). Ticket Hero is a managed service. We set your organization up under contract, create your account, and configure your commission, tax identity, and payout destination for you. You focus on running great events; we handle the platform behind them. What you can do with Ticket Hero - Create and publish unlimited events - Sell tickets online in Arabic and English - Offer multiple ticket types, tiers, and free tickets - Create promo codes and discounts - Collect the attendee information you need at checkout - Check in attendees quickly using QR codes - Track sales, revenue, tax, and check-ins in real time - Invite your team and give them the right level of access - Access clear reports you can share with your finance team How Ticket Hero works Your journey with Ticket Hero follows a simple path: 1. We onboard your organization and create your account. 2. You receive your sign-in details and log in to your dashboard. 3. You set up your organizer (brand) profile. 4. You create your event and add its details in Arabic and English. 5. You configure ticket types and pricing. 6. You publish your event and share its page. 7. You sell tickets and monitor sales in real time. 8. You check in attendees on event day. 9. You receive your share of ticket revenue. Who Ticket Hero is for Ticket Hero is built for organizations that run events in Saudi Arabia, including businesses, government entities, universities, sports clubs, entertainment companies, training providers, and non-profit organizations. The money model, in plain terms You are the seller of record for your tickets. When a buyer pays, the payment is split at the point of payment: your share is routed to your payout destination, and Ticket Hero keeps a per-ticket commission. Your funds are never held in a Ticket Hero account. You issue the tax invoice to your buyers; we supply you the order data and reports you need. Accessing Your Ticket Hero Account
Overview Ticket Hero is a managed, contract-based service. You do not sign up on your own โ there is no public registration. Instead, the Ticket Hero team creates your organization's account as part of your onboarding, and sends you your sign-in details. This article explains how to access your account for the first time and keep it secure. How your account is created When your organization is onboarded, our team sets up: - Your account (your organization on the platform) - Your owner login (the email address you gave us during onboarding) - Your commission rate, tax identity, and payout destination You will receive an email from Ticket Hero with your sign-in address and instructions to set your password. If you have not received your details, or you are not sure which email address your account is registered to, contact your Ticket Hero representative โ see Contact Support. Signing in for the first time 1. Open the Ticket Hero organizer dashboard using the link in your welcome email. 2. Enter the email address your account was created with. 3. Enter (or set) your password. 4. Click Sign in. If you were asked to set your password from a link in the email, choose a strong password before signing in. If you forget your password 1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? 2. Enter your account email address. 3. Open the reset email and follow the link to set a new password. If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact support. Keeping your account secure - Never share your password or any sign-in link. - Use a unique, strong password for Ticket Hero. - Give each team member their own login instead of sharing one โ see Inviting and managing team members. - Sign out on shared or public devices. Navigating Your Dashboard
Overview Once you sign in, the dashboard is your home base in Ticket Hero. This article gives you a quick tour so you can find everything fast. The main areas - Events โ the list of all your events. Create a new event here, or open an existing one to manage it. - Organizers โ your organizer (brand) profiles. Each event is published under an organizer. - Account settings โ your organization details, tax identity, and preferences. - Members โ the people on your team and the access each of them has. - Reports โ revenue, tax, and check-in summaries for your events. - Profile โ your own name, email, password, and language. Working inside an event When you open an event, you get a dedicated management area with its own menu, including: - Dashboard โ a snapshot of sales, revenue, and check-ins for that event - Tickets โ the ticket types you sell - Orders โ every purchase made - Attendees โ everyone holding a ticket - Check-In โ tools to admit attendees on event day - Promo Codes โ discount and access codes - Settings โ event details, location, payment, email, and page design Switching language Ticket Hero works in both Arabic and English. Use the language switcher in your profile to change the interface language. The dashboard fully supports right-to-left layout in Arabic. Setting Up Your Organizer Profile
Overview An organizer is the public brand your events are published under โ its name, logo, and contact details appear on your event pages and attendee emails. Your account can hold more than one organizer, which is useful if your organization runs events under several brands or divisions. What an organizer profile includes - Name โ the brand name shown to buyers - Email โ the reply-to address for attendee communication - Phone and website โ optional contact details - Description โ a short introduction shown on your event pages - Currency and timezone โ default Saudi Riyal (๏ทผ) and Riyadh time - Logo and branding โ the visual identity buyers see Creating or editing an organizer 1. Open Organizers from the main menu. 2. Click Create organizer, or select an existing one to edit. 3. Enter the brand name, contact details, and description. 4. Add your logo and set the currency and timezone. 5. Save your changes. Tip: You can write your organizer name and description in both Arabic and English so buyers see the right language automatically. Using multiple organizers If your organization runs distinct brands, create one organizer for each. When you create an event, you choose which organizer it belongs to.
