Quick answers to the most common questions.
How do I get a Ticket Hero account?
Answer Ticket Hero is a managed, contract-based service, so there is no public sign-up. Our team creates your organization's account as part of onboarding and sends you your sign-in details. If your organization is interested in using Ticket Hero, contact us to start the onboarding conversation. If you have already been onboarded but haven't received your login, reach out to your Ticket Hero representative. What payment methods can buyers use?
Answer Today, buyers can pay by bank transfer (offline payment): they place an order, transfer the amount using your instructions, and you confirm the payment to release their tickets. Card payments โ including mada and major cards โ are being added, which will let buyers pay instantly online. In all cases, payments are split at the point of sale so your share goes to your payout destination. When and how do I get paid?
Answer Because payments are split at the point of sale, your share of ticket revenue is routed to your payout destination โ Ticket Hero never holds your funds. - Bank transfer orders: buyers pay you directly, so the money is with you once you confirm the transfer. - Card payments: your share is routed automatically to the payout destination set up during onboarding. Use your revenue report to reconcile payouts against sales. Related articles - Getting paid: payouts - How payments work on Ticket Hero - Revenue summary report
Who issues the tax invoice to buyers?
Answer You do. As the seller of record, you charge VAT and issue the tax invoice to your buyers, and you file your VAT return with ZATCA. Ticket Hero calculates and records the tax you collect and provides the order data and reports you need โ but it does not issue tax invoices to your buyers on your behalf. For your specific obligations, confirm with a qualified Saudi chartered accountant. Related articles - Tax invoices and VAT - Tax summary report - Adding taxes and fees
Can I sell tickets and run my event in Arabic?
Answer Yes. Ticket Hero is fully bilingual. You can enter your event title, description, location, ticket names, and questions in both Arabic and English, and buyers see the right language automatically. The dashboard itself works in Arabic with full right-to-left layout. If an Arabic field is left empty, the English version is shown as a fallback โ so fill in both to give Arabic-speaking buyers a complete page. How do attendees receive and use their tickets?
Answer After payment is confirmed, each attendee receives their ticket by email, with a unique QR code. On event day, your team scans that QR code (or searches by name) to check the attendee in. Each ticket can be checked in only once, so duplicates are caught automatically. If a buyer can't find their email, you can resend it from Orders or Attendees.
