Yes. Ticket Hero is fully bilingual. You can enter your event title, description, location, ticket names, and questions in both Arabic and English, and buyers see the right language automatically. The dashboard itself works in Arabic with full right-to-left layout.
If an Arabic field is left empty, the English version is shown as a fallback — so fill in both to give Arabic-speaking buyers a complete page.
