Your account represents your organization on Ticket Hero. It holds your organizer brands, your team, your events, and the settings that identify your business.
What lives at the account level

Organizer profiles — the brands you publish events under

Team members — the people who can sign in and their access

Tax identity — your business name, VAT number, and address (used in your records)

Commission and payout settings — configured with Ticket Hero during onboarding
Updating your details

Open Account settings.

Update your organization name, contact details, and preferences.

Some settings — your commission rate, tax identity, and payout destination — are managed with the Ticket Hero team as part of your contract. Contact your representative to change these.
One organization, many brands
If you run several brands or divisions, keep them as separate organizers inside this one account. Your team, reporting, and settings stay unified while each brand keeps its own identity.
