Understanding Your Reports

Overview Ticket Hero reports turn your sales into clear numbers you can act on and share with your finance team. All figures are shown in Saudi Riyals (๏ทผ). The reports available - Revenue summary โ€” gross sales, refunds, tax, commission, and your net share - Tax summary โ€” the VAT you have collected, for your ZATCA reporting - Check-in summary โ€” attendance on event day - Events performance โ€” how each event compares - Daily sales โ€” sales over time A note on accuracy Your reported figures are calculated directly from your orders, so what you see always reflects real sales, refunds, and tax โ€” not an estimate. Viewing a report 1. Open Reports, or open an event and go to its Reports tab. 2. Choose the report you need. 3. Set the date range if applicable. 4. Review on screen, or export it. Revenue Summary Report

Overview The revenue summary is your financial overview for an event or organizer. It separates the numbers that are often confused so you always know what you actually earned. What it shows - Gross sales โ€” the total value of tickets sold - Refunds โ€” amounts returned to buyers - Tax (VAT) โ€” collected on behalf of ZATCA (not your revenue) - Service fees โ€” any booking fee you charged buyers - Commission โ€” what Ticket Hero earned - Your net share โ€” what reaches you after the above Reading it correctly - Tax is not income โ€” it is money you hold for ZATCA. - Commission is Ticket Hero's, calculated on the pre-tax ticket amount. - Use net share to reconcile against your payouts. Tax Summary Report

Set the reporting period. 3. Export it for your accountant. Important Ticket Hero records the tax you collect to help your reporting, but you are the seller of record. Issuing tax invoices to buyers and filing your VAT return remain your responsibility. See Tax invoices and VAT.
