Instead, the Ticket Hero team creates your organization's account as part of your onboarding, and sends you your sign-in details. This article explains how to access your account for the first time and keep it secure. How your account is created When your organization is onboarded, our team sets up: - Your account (your organization on the platform) - Your owner login (the email address you gave us during onboarding) - Your commission rate, tax identity, and payout destination You will receive an email from Ticket Hero with your sign-in address and instructions to set your password. If you have not received your details, or you are not sure which email address your account is registered to, contact your Ticket Hero representative β€” see Contact Support. Signing in for the first time 1. Open the Ticket Hero organizer dashboard using the link in your welcome email. 2. Enter the email address your account was created with. 3.
