Managing Your Organization Account
Overview Your account represents your organization on Ticket Hero. It holds your organizer brands, your team, your events, and the settings that identify your business. What lives at the account level - Organizer profiles โ the brands you publish events under - Team members โ the people who can sign in and their access - Tax identity โ your business name, VAT number, and address (used in your records) - Commission and payout settings โ configured with Ticket Hero during onboarding Updating your details 1. Open Account settings. 2. Update your organization name, contact details, and preferences. 3. Save. Some settings โ your commission rate, tax identity, and payout destination โ are managed with the Ticket Hero team as part of your contract. Contact your representative to change these. One organization, many brands If you run several brands or divisions, keep them as separate organizers inside this one account. Your team, reporting, and settings stay unified while each brand keeps its own identity. Inviting and Managing Team Members
Overview Give each person on your team their own login instead of sharing one. This keeps your account secure and lets you control who can do what. Inviting a team member 1. Open Members from your account menu. 2. Click Invite member. 3. Enter their name and email address. 4. Choose their role (level of access). 5. Send the invitation. They receive an email to set their password and sign in. Roles - Administrators can manage the account, events, team, and settings. - Other roles have more limited access โ for example, focused on day-to-day event and check-in tasks. Choose the least access each person needs to do their job. Managing existing members - Change a member's role as their responsibilities change. - Remove access immediately when someone leaves your team. Security tips - Never share a single login across people. - Remove members who no longer need access promptly. Managing Organizer Profiles
Overview Organizers are the brands your events are published under. Managing them well keeps your public presence consistent across every event. When to use multiple organizers - Your organization runs events under distinct brand names. - Different divisions or departments run their own events. - You want reporting kept separate per brand. Managing organizers 1. Open Organizers. 2. Create a new organizer, or open an existing one to edit. 3. Keep each brand's name, logo, contact email, and description current โ in Arabic and English. How organizers relate to events Every event is published under exactly one organizer. When you create an event, you choose its organizer. Account Settings and Preferences
Overview Account settings let you tailor Ticket Hero to how your organization works. Common settings - Organization details โ name and contact information - Language โ Arabic or English interface, with full right-to-left support in Arabic - Timezone and currency โ Riyadh time and Saudi Riyal (๏ทผ) by default - Team access โ who can sign in and their roles Managed settings A few settings are configured with the Ticket Hero team during onboarding and changed through your representative rather than self-service: - Your commission rate - Your tax identity (business name, VAT number, address) - Your payout destination This keeps the commercial parts of your contract accurate and protected.
