Beyond a simple fixed price, Ticket Hero supports flexible pricing so you can match how you actually want to sell.
Tiered tickets
A tiered ticket has several price levels under one ticket, for example:

Early Bird — a lower price available first

Regular — the standard price

Last Chance — a higher price near the event
Tiers can switch automatically by date or by quantity sold, so pricing moves up as demand grows without any manual work.
Free tickets
Set the price to zero to offer free registration. Attendees still complete an order and receive a ticket with a QR code, so you can manage capacity and check them in just like paid attendees.
Donation tickets
Let buyers choose their own amount — ideal for fundraisers and community events. You can set a suggested or minimum amount.
