## Overview

Ticket Hero reports turn your sales into clear numbers you can act on and share with your finance team. All figures are shown in **Saudi Riyals (﷼)**.

## The reports available

* **Revenue summary** — gross sales, refunds, tax, commission, and your net share

* **Tax summary** — the VAT you have collected, for your ZATCA reporting

* **Check-in summary** — attendance on event day

* **Events performance** — how each event compares

* **Daily sales** — sales over time

## A note on accuracy

Your reported figures are calculated directly from your **orders**, so what you see always reflects real sales, refunds, and tax — not an estimate.

## Viewing a report

1. Open **Reports**, or open an event and go to its **Reports** tab.

2. Choose the report you need.

3. Set the date range if applicable.

4. Review on screen, or export it.
