## Overview

Ticket Hero helps you manage events across their whole lifecycle — from reusing a successful setup to tidying up events that are over.

## Duplicating an event

If you run a similar event regularly, duplicate an existing one instead of starting over:

1. Open the **Events** list.

2. Find the event and choose **Duplicate**.

3. A copy is created as a draft, including its tickets and settings.

4. Update the date, name, and any details, then publish.

## Archiving an event

Archiving hides an event you no longer need from your main list without deleting its data. Its orders, attendees, and reports remain available.

## After an event ends

Once the event date passes, the event is marked **Ended**. You can still:

* View all orders and attendees

* Run reports for finance and reconciliation

* Duplicate it to set up the next edition
