## Overview

Ticket types define what buyers can purchase — for example *General Admission*, *VIP*, or *Student*. You can create as many types as your event needs.

## Steps

1. Open your event and go to **Tickets**.

2. Click **Create ticket**.

3. Enter the **ticket name** (in Arabic and English).

4. Choose the ticket type: **Paid**, **Free**, **Donation**, or **Tiered**.

5. Set the **price** (in ﷼) and the **quantity available**.

6. Optionally add a **description** of what the ticket includes.

7. Save.

## Ticket types explained

* **Paid** — a fixed price you set

* **Free** — no charge; still requires registration so you can track and check in attendees

* **Donation** — the buyer chooses how much to pay (with an optional minimum)

* **Tiered** — one ticket with multiple price levels, such as Early Bird and Regular

## Tips

* Give tickets clear names buyers will recognize.

* Add a short description to justify higher-priced tiers like VIP.

* Provide both Arabic and English names so every buyer sees the right language.
