## Overview

An event stays private until you publish it. Publishing makes the event page live and opens ticket sales. You can unpublish at any time to take it offline.

## Before you publish

Make sure:

* Event details, date, and location are complete

* At least one ticket type is set up with a price and quantity

* Taxes are applied correctly

* You have previewed the public page

## Publishing

1. Open the event.

2. Review the event using **Preview**.

3. Click **Publish**.

Your event page is now live and can accept orders. Share the page link to start selling.

## Unpublishing

If you need to pause sales or make major changes, click **Unpublish**. The public page becomes unavailable and no new orders can be placed. Existing orders and attendees are not affected.

## Statuses at a glance

* **Draft** — not visible to the public

* **Published** — live and selling

* **Ended** — the event date has passed
