## Overview

Once you sign in, the dashboard is your home base in Ticket Hero. This article gives you a quick tour so you can find everything fast.

## The main areas

* **Events** — the list of all your events. Create a new event here, or open an existing one to manage it.

* **Organizers** — your organizer (brand) profiles. Each event is published under an organizer.

* **Account settings** — your organization details, tax identity, and preferences.

* **Members** — the people on your team and the access each of them has.

* **Reports** — revenue, tax, and check-in summaries for your events.

* **Profile** — your own name, email, password, and language.

## Working inside an event

When you open an event, you get a dedicated management area with its own menu, including:

* **Dashboard** — a snapshot of sales, revenue, and check-ins for that event

* **Tickets** — the ticket types you sell

* **Orders** — every purchase made

* **Attendees** — everyone holding a ticket

* **Check-In** — tools to admit attendees on event day

* **Promo Codes** — discount and access codes

* **Settings** — event details, location, payment, email, and page design

## Switching language

Ticket Hero works in both Arabic and English. Use the language switcher in your profile to change the interface language. The dashboard fully supports right-to-left layout in Arabic.
