Your journey with Ticket Hero follows a simple path:

3. You set up your organizer (brand) profile.

4. You create your event and add its details in Arabic and English.

5. You configure ticket types and pricing.

6. You publish your event and share its page.

7. You sell tickets and monitor sales in real time.

8. You check in attendees on event day.

9. You receive your share of ticket revenue.

## Who Ticket Hero is for

Ticket Hero is built for organizations that run events in Saudi Arabia, including businesses, government entities, universities, sports clubs, entertainment companies, training providers, and non-profit organizations.

## The money model, in plain terms

You are the **seller of record** for your tickets. When a buyer pays, the payment is split at the point of payment: your share is routed to your payout destination, and Ticket Hero keeps a per-ticket commission. Your funds are never held in a Ticket Hero account. You issue the tax invoice to your buyers; we supply you the order data and reports you need.
